Cédric Salesse: A Passionate and Professional Real Estate Journey Since 2006
Origins and Education:
From a young age, Cédric Salesse was immersed in the real estate world, a field he discovered thanks to his grandfather. Driven by this passion, he pursued various training programs to enhance his skills.
After studying accounting in Namur, he continued his academic journey at the University of Mons-Hainaut in business management.
In 2006, after several years as a tax accountant, Cédric began as a trainee real estate agent, specializing in buying, selling, and renting properties in agencies located in Hainaut, Brabant Wallon, and Brussels.
Early Success and Development:
In 2010, he obtained his IPI certification and founded PRESTimmo, the first real estate office in Belgium. Within less than six months, PRESTimmo managed a portfolio of over 80 properties and hired its first collaborators. The agency, located at the heart of the Nivelles-SUD zoning, covers Brussels, Brabant Wallon, and Hainaut.
During this period, Cédric continued to expand his skills, obtaining licenses as a credit and insurance broker.
Diversification of Skills:
In 2013, he pursued training as a property manager with Vincent Similon to combine his real estate and accounting skills. However, professional constraints prevented him from immediately launching his own property management office.
In 2017, he deepened his expertise by becoming a specialist in building pathology, property valuation, and property surveys.
New Projects and Launches:
In 2021, after the COVID-19 pandemic, Cédric decided to evolve his career. Thanks to his experience and continuous training, he achieved a 100% success rate for properties entrusted to him for sale and rent, whether residential, commercial, or luxury.
In 2022, he founded Realtiiz, an international network of real estate agents, with offices located in the business park “La Sucrerie” in Waterloo and Nivelles.
Expansion and New Brands:
2023 marked the expansion with the creation of Syndiic, specializing in rental management and property syndicate services, as well as the development of property acquisition services in Spain and Dubai.
Growth and New Brands:
In 2024, Cédric accelerated his development with the launch of LUUXXE, an international network of independent real estate agents specializing in high-end properties, offering dedicated expertise in luxury real estate.
