Realtiiz Waterloo is the first office opened in 2022 by Cédric Salesse’team. In full expansion with new services such as real estate and condominium association management in 2023.
By passion of the real estate in which he donates since childhood thanks to his grandfather, Cédric Salesse makes various trainings. After graduating in accounting in Namur, he continues his journey through the management of companies at the University Mons-Hainaut.
But it is the real estate that fascinates him and in 2006, after several years as a tax accountant, he begins training as a real estate agent and works mainly in buying, selling and renting in various brands in Hainaut, Walloon Brabant and Brussels.
In 2010 he obtains the IPI certification 503.739 and starts his own business. He creates the first real estate office in Belgium, PRESTimmo. In less than 6 months, the office has more than 80 properties in its portfolio and hires its first employees. PRESTimmo is housed in magnificent offices in the center of the Nivelles-SUD area, allowing it to expand to Brussels, Walloon Brabant and Hainaut. During these years, he continues his training in order to obtain a license as a credit and insurance broker.
With a strong desire to combine his skills in real estate and accounting, he begins training as a trustee with Vincent Similon in 2013, but after being caught in the mills of the company, he does not find the time to exercise his office as a building trustee.
In 2017, armed with his experience, he decided to go back to school to deepen his technical knowledge and became an expert in building pathology, value and inventory of entry and exit.
In 2021, after COVID, Cédric Salesse decides to retire completely. Thanks to his experience and his training, he is able to satisfy his clients with a success rate of 100% for the properties entrusted to him. Realtiiz.com is able to sell or lease prestigious multi-million real estate, sell or lease corporate real estate, advise on real estate law or succession planning and has all the requirements to launch in 2022.
In 2022, Realtiiz will be established with the aim of using the latest technologies and providing 100% satisfaction to future clients. We are already opening an office in the beautiful business district “La Sucrerie”, drève Richelle 161M, box 57 à Waterloo, as well as an office in Nivelles.
2023 is the year of expansion through the development of new services such as site management and condominium association management.
